One of our first projects in 2018 was for The Arosfa Hotel in the Fitzrovia district of London.
We converted an old dining room into a new bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We removed all existing ceiling, cupboards, fixtures and fittings and installed acoustic insulation along with a new dropped ceiling and skimmed walls. New vinyl click flooring has been laid, all walls painted and feature wallpaper hung, new 30 minute rated fire doors installed and a flat panel radiator mounted.
The brand new modern ensuite bathroom has an eclipse sliding door, tiled shower, plumbing, accessories and sanitary ware fitted.
All furniture was bepoke made to size including 2x 5ft King-size bed bases, feature headboards with matching leatherette and wood surround including bible boxes, vanity desk and mirror panel, ottoman and stool in matching leatherette, tv wall panel including suitcase stand, wardrobe, bag stand with open storage and bedside wall lights with LED reader and vanity mirror light.
We think the result looks fantastic and very modern, giving the owner a brand new room to increase revenue in the hotel.
